Ingredients
150 gr Chicken
150 gr Zucchini
100 gr Onion
1 clove Garlic
100 gr Sweet Potato
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika Powder
Salt and Pepper
Mixed colors Cherry Tomatoes
Equipment
1 Cooking Pot
1 Wok
Preparation
1. Slice and dice all ingredients above.
2. Heat the pan with the olive oil and first fry the onion with the chicken and the sweet potato.
3. Add the garlic and season with the cumin, pepper, salt, and paprika powder while stir frying.
4. Add the zucchini cubes three to four minutes before the chicken is done.
5. Serve in a bowl and garnish with some half-cut cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf.
